The WCCG is a is a not-for-profit membership organisation dedicated to promoting arts and crafts activities in the Dover District and beyond, and providing opportunities for promotion and sales of members' work.
The Guild has been a long time ambition of its founders and was formally launched in September 2007. Run by an elected committee, it aims to develop partnerships with local businesses and organisations which will enable artists and craftspeople, performers and musicians to display or perform their work with limited initial costs. Please see our events diary for more opportunities.
In the longer term it is hoped to attract funding in order to run community workshops at low or zero cost to participants, led by our members.
The White Cliffs Creatives' Guild does not seek to replace or undermine the valuable work of any other arts enterprise in the District, but to offer a chance for all the wonderful work and opportunities to enjoy, buy and sell creative work to be drawn together in one place. If you have an exhibition, class or workshop you want to tell the world about - please let us know!
